Customizing Your Theme

One of the great things about WordPress is how easy it is to customize the look of your site. Even with a simple theme, you can adjust colors, fonts, and header images directly from the Customizer, which you’ll find under Appearance → Customize.

If you want to make deeper changes, you can add custom CSS. Many themes include a custom CSS box in the Customizer, or you can use a plugin like “Simple Custom CSS”. Just be careful not to edit theme files directly unless you are using a child theme — otherwise your changes will be overwritten when the theme updates.

A well‑customized site not only looks better but can also improve user experience and navigation. Start with small tweaks and test each change on both desktop and mobile.
